I visited chopt the other day with my wife, we ordered two salads and it was absolutely delicious. Austin went above and beyond for us by bringing our food to us outside and helping us figure out which dressing we wanted with the salmon bowl, he was very informative and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Really fresh products and helpful informative staff. They were busy, but the short line moved quickly. They customized our salads and we were very happy with them. There are plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. The place was clean and I saw the staff cleaning and sweeping when they weren't as busy.

Ordered the Kale Chicken Caesar Wrap with light dressing mixed in and I really enjoyed it! I still thought there was too much dressing even though I selected light, but that maybe a me problem and I need to succumb to getting dressing on the side. Second time ordering from here and I’d recommend for anyone looking for a quick healthy meal.

My first visit to this location and it's been a long time since I've eaten at Chopt. The atmosphere was clean and bright: it's a self service type of dining where you enter what you want into one of the kiosks . Your order status appears on a board. They had a variety of options and I chose Chopt Crispy Chicken Ranch wrap. It was a generous size, but only had 2 pieces of chicken in it sadly. The vegetables were fresh and definitely all is made to order. I'd return.

We dropped in for an event where you get a free kids meal with purchase of an adult meal..luckily it was pretty empty, but it took at least 15 minutes for us to get through the very very short line. The staff was pleasant but offered no help or recommendations as this was our first time in. They did have a balloon artist & crumble cookies out for the kids… so that was nice. Overall the wrap I tried was decent & inside is very bright & clean.

I walked in and I was impressed by the clean, vibrant atmosphere and the friendly energy from the staff. The ingredients were incredibly fresh. Everything from the crisp romaine and kale to the perfectly grilled chicken and roasted veggies. The variety of toppings and dressings is unmatched, with so many creative and delicious combinations to choose from. Whether you're building your own or picking one of their signature salads or warm bowls, you can’t go wrong. I loved how customizable everything was, and the staff was more than happy to walk me through the options. The customer service was top-notch and everyone was super helpful, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can really tell they care about giving each customer a great experience. The quality of the food, the freshness of the ingredients, and the amazing customer service made this one of the best fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Chopt in Midlothian is a gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

I went to chopt for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. Austin greeted me today with a smile as I walked in the door. I was a little confused at the menu at first and then I decided to ask some questions and his hospitality was out of this world. The salad I got was amazing and I recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy lunch.

Best salad place in town! Tons of fresh toppings, a menu full of great combos OR you can build your own, and the (slightly) spicy chicken soup is way underrated because it always hits the spot. The new Bachan's Salmon Bowl is pure perfection once I added a few of my favorite toppings. And the service is top notch - friendly staff, clean environment, plenty of tables.
